This program collects and handles sales management data. It allows the creation and use of model questionnaires that can be used by novice telephone prospectors and to create general or targeted sales actions. You can build a client-prospect database or use an existing database and combine the results of different actions (for a market study, for example). There is a planner and a dialer to help with telephone prospecting and data base requests can be cross-referenced and shown as both graphs and statistics. You can create personalized mailings, mailing labels, e-mailings.. etc..
