Minipascal is a small, autonomous and free development environment for compiling your pascal source code under windows. It includes a light version of the Freepascal Compiler and is also compatible with the full version of Freepascal.
You can use it to create your exe, dll or compile your .res.
It supports english and french, and has all the usual features of an IDE
