It’s not always easy to use the task bar in Windows Explorer. This little program gets around this via a picture menu of icons that provide shortcuts to the programs most often used. A discrete bar is displayed on the desktop and when opened it will display shortcuts to customizable groups of programs. This version lets you create eight groups with sixteen shortcuts per group.
