SoundMachine allows you to play and record SND/AU (mu-law, A-law, linear) and AIFF/AIFC (MACE3, MACE6) sound files. Music is played and controlled using a desktop bar which can be displayed or hidden. There are buttons for changing speed, playing backwards, looping sounds, switching formats, etc. There are no restrictions on file size and playing can take place in background.
