Converts images to icons.
This program lets you open BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PCX, PSD, TGA, TIFF, WMF, WBMP, XBM and CUR formats into Windows icons. These icons can be of the size you choose, recoded into black and white and the color resolution can be changed. The application has a wizard interface, making it simple to process multiple files at once.
