An MS Windows Control Panel Applet
Application Paths 2000is a small Control Panel extension that will allow you to edit various startup settings defined in the MS Windows System Registry. It includes facilities to modify the startup (Run) settings found in the MS Windows System Registry as well as MS Windows System Services, AppPaths and Help settings.
