XMPEG is a high quality converter based on MPEG/AC3 decoders. It exports video and audio frames through an Adobe Premiere compatible interface. The video editing funtionalities use the best algorythms for preserving maximum quality (HQ Bicubic 0, 0.75). Plugins for DivX, DVD and SVCD generation are included in the package.
A wizard is available so that even novice users can do backups in just a couple of clicks.
