OutClock is a program designed to complement your usual email client (Outlook, Netscape, Eudora etc.) . Its purpose is to prevent people from falling victim to spamming and therefore being flooded with countless numbers of unsolicited junk messages. OutClock checks on your ISP mail server and handles your messages before your e-mail client has even started downloading them.
After you have set up your filter rules, OutClock will accept or reject your e-mail messages. The screening is done before your incoming messages get into the inbox of your e-mail client.
You can choose to have OutClock check each of your mailboxes as often as you like. OutClock only supports POP3 e-mail accounts.
