Created by a company who design hardware and software for those with disabilities and special needs, this program is used to make Macintosh applications run at a slower speed. It is a very useful program for slowing down all applications (especially games) for users with handicaps such as slow motor response and early reading skills etc..
Parameters can be set to create keyboard shortcuts for instantaneous adjustment (percentage) of application execution speed. You can also set parameters to turn off the sound or to make the slow-down happen after a specified delay (up to 30 seconds after launching).
