A Diary for keeping track of your sports activities and workouts.
This very complete program allows one or several people to keep records about their various sports activities and to obtain detailed statistics. The date, sport name, category (training, race), distance covered (in miles), time taken to cover that distance etc.. is entered for each workout. There is also a space for entering various comments. Statistics can then be obtained for progress, heart beat, calories used up, equipment wear…etc.. You can also view an entire week of workouts on the weekly screen.
Also available as a Palm version and for Mac.
