Vector designs
Although the main function of this soft is to convert black and white or colour bitmap images into vector designs, there is also a tool box for correcting the images which makes it really quite a complete vectorial design program. Using these toold, the user can choose to rotate and right a logo so it is perfectly horizontal, sharpen rounded corners, suppress unnecessary points, convert “flat curves” into straight lines, smooth tangents etc.. Silhouette is available as standalone application and as plugin for Adobe Illustrator.
