Kim’Accueil is a powerful tool designed for medium and large sized companies and allows management and follow up of employees, customers and suppliers. Information entered can include commercial contacts and visitors to the company. There is also a calander showing occupation of conference/work room(s). Users should connect (with secured access) to the program via network and can then obtain all information entered in each data base card as well as creating badges, finding out about visits, ins and outs in the company parking lot, blacklisted suppliers…etc..
