Use this program to create automatically scrolling text – useful for announcing news and links to other pages etc… The creator must define the sizes, styles, colors, borders, scroll settings etc…. These headlines work well in frames and tables, allow the use of images in the headlines, and offer adjustable scroll buttons and “grab control” for your visitors.
