LinkFixerPlus is an application that automatically fixes broken links in files when links are broken because files are moved or renamed. Such as when files are moved during a file migration or data migration due to: server upgrades, server consolidations, server name changes, new storage servers, folder reorganisations or new document management systems such as SharePoint. LinkFixerPlus provides the ability to:
- Safeguard healthy links in large sets of files, preparing them to be automatically fixed should they become broken when files are moved or renamed.
- Find and fix broken links in large sets of safeguarded files totally automatically.
- Fix broken links in large sets of files that have already been moved with a single command using sophisticated global search and replace operations.
- Rename or move linked files, in batch, using sophisticated rename rules, without causing broken links.
- Generate a broken link report listing all of the files containing broken links, so they can be fixed before causing problems.
- Generate a regular report listing each file followed by a list of the files it links to.
- Generate a cross-reference report listing each linked file followed by a list of all the files that point to it.
- Generate reports in HTML or CSV (Comma Separated Value) formats.
- Search for server or share names, or any part of a path in a link, and change it, in batch.
- Perform unattended command line batch processing of files and links. 30-day trial, some features disabled.
