ClamWin is a free on-demand virus scanner that integrates into the context menu of Windows Explorer and in Outlook. It has a simple graphical user interface and uses the Clam AntiVirus engine. Originally designed for Linux and grown popular, it has now been compiled for Windows.

Via Task Scheduler, you can start scanning at certain times. The file review must be started manually. ClamWin automatically removes infected email attachments.
