WebAndSee is a 32 bit software designed for Windows 9x, ME, NT 4 and 2000 which allows you to quickly visualize your graphic files in HTML pages.
WebAndSee generates HTML pages which can be visualized either online or offline using your preferred browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera…). The selected graphic files are shown in these HTML pages either as thumbnails or full-size images (according to your set up).
