This program enables you to connect to one or several IRC (Internet Relay Chat) servers and chat on the internet in real time. To work, you have to be registered with the server(s) to which you wish to connect (there are lots of them available). The program handles the connection process and user identification and supports simultaneous connections to multiple servers. These severs are virtual meeting rooms and when connected to one you have the possibility to chat to hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.
