NTUsers & Rights allows you to create user accounts on your computer/server. Multiple users can be created at one time and the process is automated. Accounts can be easily modified/updated and the program also allows you to manage file and folder access authorizations.
Tested under w2k,xp et w2k3 (pro et server).
