This program is useful for showing the time required to access a site and can be used to compare the performances of different service providers (see which one has the best bandwidth) when accessing the same site. It will calculate average download time, can be set to ignore all files smaller than 2 ko and will keep a log of access times and the sizes of files downloaded.
