Use your TV capture card as a TV card.
TV viewer will pilot your capture card and display the captured images. This application has shrinkable toolbars and the video window can be stretched to any size (including full screen).
You must use your VCR as a tuner, and connect the video-out of your VCR with your capture card. You can also use your TV as tuner if your TV has a video out connector.
