HandyFile Find and Replace can search files in both local and FTP folders and quickly search and replace text in multiple files. HandyFile Find and Replace will help you search files, find and replace names, numbers and phrases in text files, web pages or source code and do other search-and-replace related jobs. You can use the extended regular expression syntax to search files, find and and replace text portions.
This is the Text Aid Kit (TAK) and is the basic version. It is useful if you need just to find and replace text in a number of ANSI files.
