Regards is a software for managing , searching and viewing images. It is presented as three distinct modules :
> The first is a classic file exporter with preview window.
> The second is an image viewing window,
> The third is a window for touching up and editing images.
The program can read JPEG, GIF, PNG, PCX, TGA, TIF, BMP and Kodak Photo-cd image formats and can write JPEG and BMP image formats.
Multimedia files are read in the preview window.
A simple MP3 player is included. It is lightweight and needs no installer or other DLL.
A help file is also included.
Windows 98 and Me systems are partially supported.
