Create MP3 files from audio CDs or Wave files.
This soft allows you to extract CD audio tracks and to convert Wave files into MP3 files. As with all compression, some sound loss or modification may occur but this soft enables you to select a satisfactory compression rate (128 kbit/s in 44,1 kHz). In addition to fixing some bugs that affected the quality of the generated files, this latest version enables you to modify the Bitrate coding of the files independantly from the sampling frequency and to create the labels (text that accompanies the MP3 files and which is displayed by softs and MP3 players). The latest version also uses more of the Windows possibilities for the creation and handling of files (integration into Explorer context menu, choice of name of destination folder, etc..).
