An ear training program – useful for music teachers.
This is the school version of another EarMaster program also available for download on this site. This school version proposes musical exercises (of varying difficulty) about intervals, chords, scales, melodies and rhythms. There are 10 exercises in each of these sections. The student answers the question using the keyboard or by singing, playing or clapping into a microphone. The program also supports the use of a MIDI keyboard, if available. Progress is monitored and the difficulty of the exercises is adjusted as the student progresses. Records can be kept for each student, reports can be made and there is also a Tutor Editor to enable the music teacher to create his/her own exercises.
