SnowScape is a plugin for creating layers of snow, dirt, gooey, slimy stuff, blood and similar effects to your (semi-)transparent images. You can specify where you want the “snow” to appear, how thick it should be, whether it’s smooth or jagged, how much of it there should be, colours and textures used etc.
SnowScape is compatible with Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Corel’s PhotoPaint, ULead’s PhotoImpact and MicroGrafx’s Picture Publisher.
