To create animated cursors.
Windows gives you the possibility of customizing your mouse cursor. This little program is an advanced cursor editor and allows you to find, create, edit, import and export cursors and manage cursor libraries. It supports static and animated cursors. When an image file is opened by the program, the user can modify the image using a set of tools to select, draw, color, add text in any font etc.. To create an animated cursor, the user has to create several images which will be used in a loop, creating an animated effect.
This software can open Bmp, Gif, Jpeg, Ico, Ani, Cur, Wmf, Emf, WBmp and Png files and recode them as Cur, Bmp, Jpeg, Gif, Png, Ico and RC (Resource Compiler, a source code text file) files.
