Raw Photo Processor (RPP) is a RAW converter for Mac OS X.
Think of it as of a development machine, like film photography – first you have to develop your roll, then you can do whatever you want with it.
This is NOT a full featured photo processing package, you will need Photoshop or some other tool to apply sharpness, cropping and so on, but you can use RPP for specific operations.
The application performs quality conversions without blocking shadows, clipping highlights, spoiling colours and it returns that natural film-like look to your pictures.
The developers where fed up with converters developed by programmers for managers, not photographers.
RPP is a Universal application and works on all G4 and higher PowerPC and all Intel based Macs with Mac OS 10.4 and 10.5.
